People who don’t suffer from anxiety have confidence in the world.  They trust in their own ability to cope during difficult times and know that whatever happens they will have the strength to get through it.

For others, things that happen to them in life make them believe that the outcomes of situations may not always be good and they fear that they won’t have the internal strength to deal with it.
